Nick Barnhorst, a native of Charlotte, NC, established Five Stones Training after a career that includes over 20 years of playing at the highest club and collegiate levels, as well as over 10 years of coaching. Inspired by Christian values, he sought to create a company that not only challenges players to surpass their perceived limitations but also fosters a deep passion for the sport.

Our vision is to contribute to the development of youth soccer here in America one player at a time. Through professionally curated sessions, Five Stones Training will push players past what they perceived was their limit.
